camera hannah's school of witchcraft and wizardry
AKA Did you know that I teach workshops, offer mentoring and love speaking at conferences and events?
For me, teaching is all about my attendees. What are they getting from this? Is it inclusive and accessible? Are they getting good value? I didn't want to get into speaking unless I felt sure that I could deliver useful, actionable education. I was lucky enough to have been encouraged to take up teaching workshops by Lisa Devlin of Photography Farm, who invited me to my first speaking engagement at Farm Week in 2015. Since then, I have spoken at lots of events and also have run my own full-day workshops and online and in-person mentoring sessions. I'm always open to joining the line up of conferences and workshops, so please get in touch if you're looking for a speaker for your event.
“
Hannah is an inspiring photographer with an established and sustainable business that’s recognised across the industry. She not only brings this skill and experience as a speaker, she’s also funny, engaging and passionate about her subject matter. She’s committed to delivering real learning to the people who work with her or attend her workshops. After Hannah’s talk at SNAP 2017 participants were enthused and motivated to put Hannah’s teachings into practice. Nearly a whole year later the community is still sharing work that that they attribute to Hannah inspiring them which is testament to her skill as an educator. In short if you work with Hannah she’ll support you, inspire you and leave you with a tangible set of skills that you’re excited to put into practice.”

“Thank you so much for the fabulous workshop!
This was the first ever workshop I’ve been on. I’ve been photographing weddings for over 10 years and this was so refreshing and has given me a new enthusiasm to learn.”
“
I loved your relaxed informal approach. It was great to hear your really honest insights into what you’ve learnt from all your hard work, it was really inspiring.
I’ve taken so much value from our day together and can’t wait to put it all into practice. ”
